Suggest Treatment For Chronic Vomiting And Lower Abdomen Pain

I have had sharp pain in my right side lower abdomen for over a month. I have been vomiting daily and lost 15 pounds. I have been to er, obgyn, gastrointestin Dr and he stuck camera in my throat and up my butt and everything was normal. He tested my urine and said my hyaline casts were 25 to 50 from my white and red blood cells and said I should have my Dr test me for kidney disease but I went to my Dr and he ran no tests and sent me home with antibiotics and Levsin for cramps. Er checked for a appendicitis and did ct scan. They said they found no issues. Do you have any ideas I have seen 5 Dr s with none having any idea what s wrong. I am 27 years old, female, weight 165

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of right lower abdomen, vomiting daily, lost 15 pounds, seen 5 Doctors but no diagnosis yet. Upper GI Endoscopy, colonoscopy, CT scan abdomen normal. Urine shows hyaline casts only.
I would advise you the following:
Many a times the commonest causes are easily missed and the commonest tests are not done as in your case:
Go for tests of stool for 3 consecutive days may find the reasons.
Diagnostic Laparoscopy and SOS procedure has a great role to play.
Since you have lost 15 ponds in one month, tuberculosis and such causes should be ruled out.
If all the tests are normal, then surely you may be suffering from IBS, that is irritable bowel syndrome.
Get treated properly and you may be better.
Detailed CT scan if not done, should be repeated.
Consider PID that is pelvic inflammatory disease and Salpingitis, Endometriosis as another causes .
Go for further second opinions and further tests to get the proper diagnosis so that proper treatment can be conducted.
