Suggest Treatment For Chronic Tailbone Pain And Diarrhea

I have had chronic diareah for several months and colonoscopy turned out nothing wrong and they said I have IBS. I am 46 and had two aunts died of breast/lung cancer in their 40 s..another aunt died of colon and my mom and uncle are in remission for colon cancer. I have started having constant ache/pain below my tailbone and I still have chronic diareah. Do I need any further tests?
