Suggest Treatment For Chronic Pancreatitis And High BP

I have been diagnosed with chronic pancreatitis, high blood pressure and kidney stones. My liver enzymes have been elevated too. My doctors keep telling me my gallbladder is fine. I don t drink or smoke. My stool has a sweet smell to it and float. I ve had a headache for 3 days now and have had 2 nose bleeds today. Not sure what to do. I ve had so many tests and exposed to too much radiation. Any suggestions?

Hi welcome to HCM.
I understand your query and concern.
Chronic pancreatitis needs surgical management in the form pancreatectomy.Co existent Blood pressure needs to be thoroughly evaluatedand treated.I advise you to have a baseline 2 dimensional echocardiography,ECG and lipid profile to assess the basic cardiac reserve of your heart.Restrict the intake of salt to less than 6g/day.Regular physical exercise in the form of brisk walk for 20 min a day for 5 days a week is pretty useful.Drugs like antihypertensives and antiarrhythmics will help.Reduce the intake of fatty and fried food. One pomegranate will help to keep your heart at good pace without clot formation. Consult a Cardiologist for further expert management.Post your further queries if any.
