OKAY, I HAVE CHRONIC PAIN GENELIZED. I AM A NURSE AND DO HEAVY LIFTING. DOES THIS PROCEDURE STOP YOU FROM DOING ALL OF THE ABOVE? I AM A HOSPICE NURSE DO TOTAL CARE AND LIFING CAN I RESUME HEAVY LEFTING AFTER HAVING THIS TECHIQUE DONE ON ME I HAVE NECK, SHOULDERS, BACK AND LEG PAIN

I evaluated your concern in depth .
Nice to hear about your work for terminally ill patients .
@ Chronic pain as per mentioned here means a long time presence
(though presence of pain duration along with onset of current attack in
relation to your job is not mentioned herewith ) then it seems you
were working with that pain & now it has increased by some aspects .
@ There is need to locate reason behind current acute exacerbation of
pain & then you can resume your heavy lifting once it is settled to
previous rhythm .
@ Get yourself evaluated by Physician for the same till then
# drink plenty of liquids
# balanced nutritious diet with all vitamins , minerals , anti-oxidants ,
carbohydrates , proteins , fats to combat any systemic insult
# maintain your BP , blood sugar , cholesterol , weight under control
# regular walking in fresh air , exercises at home , YOGA help
# analgesics as and when required after meals according to pain scale
# avoid smoking / alcohol / any abuse substances if any
# avoid stress / anxiety
# try to figure out for 6-7 hours sound sleep
# Be Positive , have faith in almighty God , you will be fine soon as still lot
many terminally ill are there for your tender loving care .
