Suggest Treatment For Chronic Nose Bleed

Hi there, my name is Will, I m from Australia and am 19 years old, I get nose bleeds really easily and have had them all my life despite my nose being cauterized several times when I was little, I have been advised by my specialist nose surgeon that when I get a nose bleed that I should not try to pinch the upped nose, but the lower cartilage and let the blood clot, and blow it out when it begins to fill up my nose and run down my throat [a gruesome imagine; I know] Recently I have been getting nose bleeds and when the blood begins to clot, I blow it out and it resembles tiny, long, tangled, red/clear worm-like tubes, rather than thick, red blood clotting. I just enquire if this is normal, or if I should seek professional advice and/or treatment.

Hi,
I have gone through your query; and personally suggest you that you may go for
1. CT scan Paranasal sinus.
2. BT, CT and platelet count and
3. Nasal endoscopy for better diagnosis and management.

Thanks

Wish you good health
