Suggest Treatment For Chronic Neck And Back Pain

I have had chronic neck and back pain for almost two years now. My muscles feel achy, sore, tense and tired at different times all throughout the day. I ve been to several chiropractors, physical therapists, Massage/Myfacial Release practicioners, homepathic, Orthapedic doctors and seen my primary care physician on numerous occasions. None of them can seem to find a set in stone answer. Neither can my mri, cat scan, x-rays or blood work. My best guess at this point is fibromayalgia. What could be wrong?

Kindly get your thyroid levels tested. Fibromyalgia is possible. You will need treatment with Antidepressants for this. Eat healthy. Keep well hydrated. Avoid coffee, smoking and alcohol. Get 6 to 8 hours of sleep daily. Consult your Neurologist.
