Suggest Treatment For Chronic Migraines
Hello. I get migraine everyday. I am really sensitive to loud noises. I think that s the part of my illness, but what else do you think causes my constant headaches ? sometime i have 2 headaches a day. i take pills also. what would you recommend to prevent this ?

There are different types of migraine treatment. The medication can be classified as :(1) abortive- used to treat a headache that is present, this is pain medication
(2)prophylactic- used to prevent headaches, these medications reduce the frequency of migraine headache attacks
Since you have frequent attacks, you may need to consider prophylactic medication.
Examples are topomax, propanolol
