Dear patient
There is no way you can get full year's medication without visiting doctor. Your back pain need full investigation. First I would advise radiograph of lumbosacral spine anteroposterior and lateral views to rule out bony abnormalities. Also go for mri of lumbosacral spine with screening of whole spine which will be useful to rule out soft tissue abnormalities. Check for blood levels of calcium , phosphorus and alkaline phosphatase to look for vitamin d deficiency. Visit expert back pain specialist with all this reports and you will definitely find the plane nt solution for your back ache. Hope this was useful.
