For better control of blood pressure , along with medication exercise also done regularly and take low salt diet... Sedentary life style avoided ... As you have chronic hypertension detail history taken with examination to search for neurological causes , cardiovascular causes , endocine problem kidney problem ...All that can lead secondary hypertension... If needed serum urea, creat estimation , EKG , urinary VMA level etc helpful... According to cause treatment guided .. Advise : Consult cardiologist .... Take care
