Suggest Treatment For Chronic Headaches

I am 38. I have had headaches for two weeks straight now. Diziness within the first couple of days, but not since then. Tight neck every couple days.
Had my eyes checked. Neurological issues could not be identified .
Found a lump on my head last night. However , it could have been there forever. Feels like part of my head.
Had blood work done, but haven't heard from my Doc.

My symptoms seem to disapear with outside activity.
Headaches only last a couple seconds then go away for a while.
Any help would be great. Thanks

Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms in detail, and would like to reassure you that these do not suggest any serious brain disease.

Also, the lump recently discovered by you could have been there for long and is not linked to the headache.

As of now, the most likely cause for your headaches could be muscle tension headache.

Please keep me informed about the blood work.

I hope my reply has helped you.

I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.

Best wishes,
