Suggest Treatment For Chronic Headache

I have been experiencing incessant headaches in the center of my forehead. The headache is incessant and only stops when I am teaching or focused on writing, especially reading Scripture or positive books or engaged in depth of thought. In addition, whenever I am engaged in resolving internal conflict by attempting to gain greater clarity on issues (i.e. , getting to the root cause of unresolved conflict in my thinking, the headaches seem to automatically stop and I experience peace and greater clarity of mind and thought. As long as I am teaching or writing and interpreting the truth of the Scriptures, my headaches automatically stop. When I am engaged in positive, uplifting, or encouraging conversations with others, my headaches also stop. I ve lived with these incessant headaches for about 9 years now. I am scheduled to take an MRI and an Coratid artery test within the next two weeks. My doctor has prescribed Nortriptyline HCL 10 mg tablets as an antidepressant and naproxen 250 mg tablets for my headaches. I have difficult keeping my house clean and organized; It is also difficult to control my talkativeness. I am 65 years old and 4 11 and weight 103 lbs. I would like to learn more about this fogginess of mind, lack of focus, incessant headaches, anxiety, and depression. Thank you very much for your prompt response.
