Suggest Treatment For Chronic Hair Fall Despite Herbal Treatment

I am 20 years old I am suffering from hair fall since 5 years and I am suffering with thick yellowish dandruff from 3 years and then I took some herbal treatment and 80 percent of the problem was cleared but 20 percent of the problem is not cleared yet and now also I am experiencing severe hair fall along with 20 percent of that dandruff
Can I get a permanent solution for both dandruff and hairfall

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that you are suffering from Seborrheic Dermatitis also known as Dandruff and hair fall in your case seems to be due to dandruff as the hair follicles are destroyed by the fungus leading to hairfall..
I would suggest you to consult a Trichologist and get evaluated and he can advise you to wash your scalp with shampoo containing Ketoconazole, coal tar, Salicylic acid, sulfides, Zinc, selenium etc..
You can also be advised to massage the scalp with steroid lotion..
You can apply Minoxidil lotion over the scalp to reduce hair fall..
Massage the scalp with warm coconut oil..
Take Multivitamin, mineral and amino acid supplements..
Drink plenty of water and take nutritious diet..
