Suggest Treatment For Chronic Fatigue

I have several things wrong with me, especially chronic pain, along with oateo arthritis in my back, degenerative discs in my neck, neuropathy from uncontrolled diabetes for 24 treats, fribromylgia, bone on bone in my knees, etc. Ihad 2 doctors, one gave shots that were 6,000$ a shot, couldn t keep seeing him long but he did get mrpe my disability, and went to a neurologist who treated me and the meds he had me on worked but started not to work as well, which he didn t listen to me. He let me go. Now I can find no one in Charleston that can or will treat me with meds and trigger point shots. I stay most of the time in bed. Can t even help my elderly mother bathe it anything. This is no quality of life. Most days I do good to just walk around. Is there any help with a chronic pain Dr or neurologist in or near Charleston wv that can write prescriptions for daily help and give trigger point shots. I have insurance from my employer.
