General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is understandable to be concerned regarding the risk driving when sleepy and also the issue concentrating at work.

Sleep apnea may be the cause so this may need to be reassessed by another sleep study to see if there is any worsening.

In addition blood tests for thyroid function (to make sure its not low) and a complete blood count (to rule out anemia), may be needed.
A depression screen may also be needed as well because this can cause fatigue and decrease motivation. These can be done by your GP.

I hope this helps
