Suggest Treatment For Chronic Ear Pain

The area around my right ear and temple has been in since yesterday. Yesterday the pain would come and go, today the pain is constant. The pain is sometimes sharp but most often it s dull. Sometimes the pain extends to the top of my ear lobe, sometimes it extends to my eye and the bone on my face that meets the middle of my ear feels bruised when I press it. I ve also noticed an increase in pain when I m drinking a cold beverage. What s going on with my ear?
