Suggest Treatment For Chronic Cough With Rashes On The Chest

My ten-year-old son has had an ongoing dry cough for months we were told it was allergies or they say that and it is not one away and now he has a chest rash that only comes up when he is warm or when he is bathing and once he dries off it goes away but it s raised and it starts to get on his face chest arms and it goes away and then it all comes back again when he takes a bath he s not using any kind of soaps it doesn t matter where you that long as he gets water or heat on the rash that won t go away and a lot of times his face looks swollen I m kind of it within here because we take him to the doctor they could telling if it s allergies I ll just give amoxicillin and tell us that they found those 50 Kia. And it s not then it could have been from strep so they ll treat him for strep and I m just really at wits end here because the chronic cough with rash it almost looks raise and then it disappears it s starting to go to his arms staying with line chest and not below belly button so what could it be??? Piticia not 50 Kia, lol
