Suggest Treatment For Chronic Constipation

as far as i remember i was constipated since then i always had stomach pains either tha left or right upper quadrant of my stomach and i totally ignored it,but for the last week ive seen blood everytime i defecated i thought all the while its just my period but it totally came out from the other place,its fresh blood but looks like its not that viscous pls help
