Suggest Treatment For Chronic Cold And Fever

My mom is suffering from cold every few days it started again, her body continuesly shaking ,all the doctor says it's just a normal fever but after few day it's still there so I just want to know what kind of disease is that. We take lots of medicine but it didn't work. It will cure ,but on same night it start again so please tell me

Chronic cold and fever could be due to upper respiratory tract infection.
It could be due to viral, bacterial infection and allergy.
I would suggest to consult internal medicine specialist and undergo following investigations: CBC, ESR. CRP, chest x ray, throat examination.
Following treatment will help you:
Table azithromycine
Table diomenic DA
Tablet vitamin C
Gargling with betadine solution
Drink plenty of luke warm water
Other specific treatment will decide after complete clinical evaluation
Eat healthy diet with fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables
