Dear Welcome to Healthcaremagic From your description i gather that it is nodulo cystic acne which is a relatively severe form of pimples.Anyone in your situation would feel like that but there is good news for you. It would have been great if you had attached your treatment history. anyway, if you are prescribed Isotretinoin after proper tests, you are going to highly benefited and that too very soon. Please get your necessary tests done to counsel with your doctor about treatment. In the meantime, do not pick lesions as that would only worsen them. pigmentation is the result of pimples and therefore first step is to control pimples. Once that is achieved, either pigmentation will recede to acceptable level or some medicines can fill the gap.Wash your face frequently and avoid foods or cosmetics that flare up lesions
all the best
