General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear,
Bad white odoured thick vaginal discharge called leucorrhoea.
It is due to estrogen imbalance, sexually transmitted disease, protozoa specificallyTrichomonas vaginalis and infection in urinary tract.
You should use following single dose treatment for all such patients:

1. AZEE 1000 mg (AZITHROMYCIN)
2. TINI 1 G (TINIDAZOLE)
3. ZOCON 150 mg (FLUCONAZOLE)

The above organisms are the most common causes of leucorrhoea.
If it does not respond after treatment.
Consult to the gynaecologist.

Hope this may help you.
Take care
