Suggest Treatment For Chills And Nausea

I am female, 42yrs old 5,10 and 145lbs. I Have played competitive sports my whole life. I am fit, eat only whole foods and drink about 2liters of water a day. I am fair skinned and freckled with dark blonde hair and blue eyes. Three days ago I took a small nap under the sun (about 15mins) when I was in the high alps and woke up to a horrific stinging on my forehead, tremors, chills and nausea. I knew that it was probably due to sun exposure because I only put SPF30 on my face, not on my forehead because I had a hat on when I applied and then took it off to sleep. Today I woke up feeling great as usual BUT the right side of my forehead is really swollen, it looks almost elephant man-ish. I see there is a small eruption in the right hand corner and I have (which seems like) dried pus. I have washed it a few times and the crust washes away but then comes back after about an hour but I have not actually seen liquid pus. Underneath the skin, feels tender but does not in any way look like a giant blister. I have looked all over the web and have found nothing close to what I have. PLease help. Thank you.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate and looking to the history given here I could say that this could be due to the extreme hot and in my opinion better to stay at home and take care for hydration and try to keep the stress level very low, and this is nothing to worry and every thing would fine take care and have a nice day.
