Hello and welcome to HCM,
Symptomatic treatment is required for each episode of cold anf fever.
However, frequent episodes of cold and fever suggest weak immunity.
Add plenty of fruits and vegetables in her diet to boost her immunity.
Vitamin C and vitamin A are particularly effective in improving immunity.
If the episodes continue still after improving her diet, you need to consult your paediatrician for clinical assessment and thus management.
Low immunity often results from low or absent immunoglobulin levels.

Thanks and take care
