Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns.

As per your complain Chiggars bite can take from one to three weeks to heal completely and it forms small bite marks that can itch and are red and inflamed..
But in case if the bite area has swollen into a big bump and ooze off fluid then there is a possibility that there is infection in the area leading to abscess formation..
I would suggest you to consult a Physician and get evaluated and he can advise you to take antibiotics orally as well as advise topical application of triple antibiotic ointment and steroid ointment..
Anti-inflammatory painkiller can also be advised..
He can also advise you to apply steroid ointment over the other bites and also do cool compresses..
If the lump is large with fluid in it Incision and drainage an be done to ease in healing..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
