Suggest Treatment For Chicken Pox Scars

hello doctor,am 22 yrs old girl.i have recovered from chicken pox now.but am worried about my scars on face.i had consulted skin specialist from
starting itself.he suggests me to apply t bact cream for face and it ll clear the mark he told..is it true doctor?can i trust him?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain scars left after chicken pox can be treated by a number of ways and will depend upon the type of scars like boxcar scars, waterpik scars, rolling margins type of scars and also will depend upon the depth of the scars.
T-bact ointment contains Muricoprin that is an antibiotic and will not help in removing scars..
Initially silicone gel can help in reducing scars but it will also not do a complete resolution..
You can go for certain techniques like Microneedling, Microdermabrasion, punch excision with elevation, dermal rollers, chemical peelings etc..
Exfoliate your skin twice a week..
