Welcome to hcm,
Thank you for your question. I would like to know that is it s constant pain or intermittent is it associated with sweating?
Is the pain radiating anywhere.?
Duration of the pain?
Is the pain increases by respiration?
If there is a chest pain not radiating and not associated with your breathing it may e because of costochondritis muscle pain only. Nothing to worry about
if it a radiating pain you can expect some heart ailment.nitrates can be used for that. For muscle pain you can take some NSaids.
there are other causes of chest pain like gastritis ,
chest pain associated with breathing in lung infection and pleuritis
and many more
Hope this explains
