Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain

Urgent care one week ago, doctor last Monday, finished zpack today from Wednesdays appointment. Chest X-rays Friday, which I ave not heard back about. Still coughing a lot, Chest hurts and is so heavy to breath. Sweating a lot with little effort, exhausted. Feel so sick still. Should I call doctor today

I can understand your situation and problem.
Yes, you should definitely call your doctor and ask about x ray report.
Because possibility of lower respiratory tract infection - pneumonia or bronchitis is high in your case.
Chest x ray is needed for pneumonia.
If chest x ray is normal then get done PFT (Pulmonary Function Test) for the diagnosis of bronchitis.
You may need antibiotics, antihistamines and inhaled bronchodilators with inhaled corticosteroid (ICS).
So immediately consult doctor and discuss all these. First diagnose yourself and then start appropriate treatment.
