Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain

Hi, I am a 37 yrs old male, non smoker, I started feeling chest pain 3 months ago, it come with feeling heavy on the left side of the body, no pain during breathing or even deep breathing. Just shortness of breath. Did the stress test and the result was neg, I do not have high blood pressure or diabetes. Then it goes away for about 2 months, now it come back with the same symptoms again. Can you suggest what should I do next?

I can understand your concern.
You are having recurrent chest pain and breathing difficulty.
So we should definitely rule cardiac cause again.
So get done ecg, 2d echo and stress test.
If all these are normal then no need to worry for heart diseases.
Sometimes lung disease (bronchitis) can also cause similar symptoms.
So get done PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
If PFT is showing obstructive defect then you will need inhaled bronchodilators (formoterol or salmeterol).
