hello, I have a question about some upper back and chest pain I have been having and both arms either feeling heavy or going asleep - most of the time this starts while I am asleep - last night I was woke up to this and even this morning my back is killing me and my arms just feel heavy. I am a female, 40 yrs. 5 7 and 155 pounds. I feel I am in good health as well

Thanks for posting your query .
It seems like your problem is in your neck . Medically we call it as Cervical Radiculopathy where the nerves at the neck level gets compressed between the neck bones and causes pain in neck , shoulder and chest .
But one of the closest condition which mimic Cervical Radiculopathy is Heart problem . So I advise you to get an EKG and Cervical SpineX ray and revert back to me .
Also do slow rotational exercise of the neck . It would be better if you take an appointment with a physiotherapist and get neck physiotherapy done
