Hello and welcome to HCM,
Chest pain is suggestive of diseases of cardiovascular system, respiratory system or musculoskeletal system.
If there is history of trauma then the pain is probably due to musculoskeletal causes.
I suggest you to consult your primary healthcare provider for clinical assessment and relevant investigations.
Assessment of cardiovascular system involves ECG, echocardiography initially.
If any abnormal finding is picked up, further tests like stress test and angiography can be done.
Auscultation of chest and chest X-ray can be done to assess the respiratory system.

Thanks and take care
Dr Shailja P Wahal
