Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain With Hypertension

Hi Sir! I have had chest pain 3years back from now. Eco test confirmed , LA mildly dilated. However, after medication of 6 months everything was fine. 1 year later I felt again chest pain. Took all test eco, ECG, sugar test, kft, lft , tropinin I, TMT, but normal . Doc said to me that that was gastric problem. Medication was started and became fine after a week. Again 1 year later , on 1 - 9- 2014 I have been experiencing the same again. Went for test, done all tests and turned all negative, kft. Lft. Troponin I. ECG. Sugar. Blood test. Except ck- mb positive and eco - mildly dilated. Cardio specialist said that everything is normal , my heart is fine. Nothing to worry. But I have to do ck- mob test after 10 days , he said. Now I am taking medicine for gastric and others are concor 2.5 mg and pinom 40. History - hypertension, hyperacicity,

Hi Welcome to HCM
Chest pain in a hypertensive pt always needs follow up and regular monitoring.Eventhough ECG is normal,since you got CPK MB positive you better go with Coronary angiography by speaking to your doctor.This is a day care procedure useful to know the size,number of vessels blocked which is helpful in your case.Anti platelet drugs will be useful.Monitor your Blood pressure regularly and continue your Anti hypertensive medication.Exercise daily for 20min.Take high protein low salt diet.Fruits like apple,pomogranate will be beneficial.Avoid smoking and alchohol.Consult your doctor for expert management.
