Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain While Suffering From Pulmonary Embolism

Hello, I have severe chest pain on the right side of my chest and I cannot sleep. I am 19 years of age and a year before, I was admitted to the hospital and was told I may have a blood clot ( pulmonary embolism, or something along those lines) I was injected with a blood thinner and told to come back IF i was bleeding blood, what should i do?
