Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain, Indigestion And Constipation

roughly 2 weeks ago I was having Chest pains and indegestion so I went to Immedia care and they sent me to Norman Regional where they ran tests,drew blook,did stress test x rays and could not find anythng and prescribed some medicine they said might cause seizures so and my brother and aunt when heard what it was called recommended I NOT TAke it..anyhow a week when by and felt a little better but this week have had stomach indegestion again.hard time burping and lack of bowl movement. and a hard time breathing.so could it be acidy or greasy foods I HAD Been eating or something else they missed

Hello there,
Looking at your symptoms , they seem to be linked to you haveing rich or heavy food. The chest pain especially if it is of burning type or if it radiates to your back and under the lungs indicates dyspepsia.
You need to ensure that you have light meals and preferably avoid oily or spicy food.
You can have tab pantop once a day for 4 days.
Try to have atleast 8 glasses of water everyday. This will relieve your indigestion and make your stools easier to pass.
If possible then try sitting in a squatting position for sometime in the morning and this will help you pass stools easily as it reduces the strain in your bowels.
