Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain And Shortness Of Breath

Auto crash airbag deployed 13 days ago. Chest pain has diminished. feels like sternum is bruised, cannot see anything but chest hurts, specially when cughing, burping, etc. Breasts sensitive to touch and hurt all the time. Unimpeded breething and eating. Pain is getting better as time goes by. Chest nipples hurt. especially when bending down. Do I need to see a doctor or will this pain disappear with time?

Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your situation and problem.
No need to worry much for this. This will mostly improve by its own in 1-2 weeks time.
You had blunt chest trauma.
And musculoskeletal injury is common after this.
You are not having breathlessness or unbearable chest pain, so possibility of internal lung damage is very less.
Your pain is improving, so you will mostly improve in 10-15 s days.
For quick recovery do following things.
1. Avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise.
2. Avoid movements causing pain.
3. Avoid bad postures in sleep.
4. Take painkiller and muscle relaxant drugs.
5. Apply warm water pad on affected areas.
These will surely help you more.
Hope I have solved your query.
Wish you good health. Thanks.
