I have to cough but no flem stomach clinches and I just feel I have to cough. having trouble swallowing at times and a lot of heart burn. not out of breath and no pain in arms, back or shoulders. not dizzy. could it be hiatal hernia?

HI
Well come to HCM
This may not be hiatal hernia but this could be due to hyperacidity only and this may be related with some emotional stress, in my opinion this can be treated with Tab Omeprazole 40mg and Domperidone Tab 30mg once in day for three weeks, take care.
