Suggest Treatment For Chest Keloid

Hi, My mother has a 25 year old Keloid on her chest, we have tried various treatments, injections, laser therapy was the last treatment which we have to leave in between because of excessive pain. There is extreme pain and itching in it what would be the best option.

leave it like that. it is hypertrophy scars. should not be pampered. can be injected with steroid and laser therapy can be tried.cryotherapy and interferon therapy can be tried.
