Suggest Treatment For Chest Infection

hi my name is lucy, and I m 19 years old.I ve been sick since monday morning. I visited my family doctor Tuesday afternoon and it turns out I have a virus and a chest infection. I ve been taking my pills 3 times a day everyday till today. I feel like I m getting worse.

Thanks for your question on HCM.
In my opinion you should consult pulmonologist and get done chest x ray to rule out chest infection.
Since you are on antibiotics but not improving, lower respiratory tract infection ( LRTI ) should be ruled out in your case.
And LRTI is very common after viral upper Respiratory tract infection ( URTI ).
So get done chest x ray.
Ifon x ray, infiltration or consolidation is present then get done sputum culture and sensitivity to guide antibiotic therapy.
So consult pulmonologist and discuss all these.
