Suggest Treatment For Cervical Dystonia

I have cervical dystonia. I have had dystonia since 2011. I currently get botox injections every three months; however the wear off after two months. I am a middle school principal and have to talk to many parents every day. Sometimes the pain is so severe that it is difficult if focus on the conversation. I can not take muscle relaxers as I feel I am in a daze when I take them. Any suggestions?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, underlying cause of dystonia need to be found out and that is to be treated accordingly, in my opinion better to have opinion from neurosurgeon and there MRI may be needed, till then you can try physiotherapy, hope this information helps, take care, and have a nice day.
