I've had some rough sex a few years ago and I got some burns and red spots on my penis. After a few months it kinda went away but now it's come back after my gf and I had some rough sex. It won't go away to save my life. I've tried going without sex or masterbating and yet it still won't go away. It gets a clear scab over it that cracks and peels of when I get hard, it's also sensitive when it peels off and after sex it's really red. What do I need to put on it to get rid of it?! Thanks
