Suggest Treatment For Burning Sensation While Urinating With Pain On The Private Parts

my problem started with burning when i urinated but mostly hurt right at the end of urination,now I am having a terrible pain in my private area and I notice it more after about 2 hours of standing at work,he it seems to go away after sitting or laying down.And i have taken 2 Diflucan already thinking this would resolve the problem.Can you please help me out as I have no insurance and cannot afford to go the doctor?

You may have some urinary tract infection. You should go for urine routine and microscopic examination as well as culture and sensitivity testing. It will give you exact diagnosis. Then you should take treatment accordingly. Levofloxacin or norfloxacin are helpful. It is prescription based medicine so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
