Suggest Treatment For Burning Sensation In Abdomen When Diagnosed With Prostatomegaly
Sir Iam a retired 57 years old man . I am a Prostatomegaly patient sizing 28 cc last year. I have little slownes in my urination no bleeding and pain. But yesterday onwards i have a burning sensation in abdoman. Is it dangerous and what may the reason. What can I do?

I recommend :
-a physician consult
-a urine analysis.
-a repeat ultrasound to check for prostate size and post void Residual volume
Based on the results, we could treat appropriately. There is nothing to worry about.
If there is evidence of urine outflow obstruction, it can be treated with tablets.
