Suggest Treatment For Burning Pain In Nose Along With Chlorine Smell

I keep getting a burning pain in my nose which is accompanied my a chlorine smell. This happens on and off and lasts for a few minutes each time. It's not a constant every day thing but sometimes happens 3 or 4 times a day. I have also recently lost a lot of weight unintentionally, I haven't dieted or exorcised but I don't know if this is related.

I have gone through your query regarding pain and off and on chlorine like smell in nose about 3 -4 times in a day. You are also having weight loss.

According to your clinical history it appears that you may be having-

1- Atrophic rhinitis.

2- Sinusitis.

3- Metabolic disease or neoplastic problem (as there is weight loss)

So I would like to suggest you to please consult your family physician and ENT specialist for thorough examination, relevent investigations & treatment.
