General & Family Physician 's  Response
Welcome at HCM
I have gone through your query and being your physcian i completely understand your health concerns.
is there blister on foot with fluid in it?
mefanamic acid is not antibiotic it is a pain killer. you should not use it in 1yr old baby.
In my opinion you should give him panadol drops two times. wash the wound with NORMAL SALINE daily and apply SILVER SULFADIAZINE CREAM over it.
you can use AMOXIL 125MG/5ml , 5 ml two times daily for five days to prevent any infection.
blister will burst in a week time once new skin from underneath comes in there is no need of any intervention. just follow these , and he will be alright in two weeks.

meanwhile stay calm and use acetaminophen to relieve pain.
get well soon
Hope your query is adequately addressed if you still have any feel free to ask
Regards
Dr Saad Sultan
