General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
Understand your concern
I think it is infected cyst or STds

Following are the causes of your problem:
genital herpes
genital warts
chancroid (a bacterial disease)
syphilis, Gonorrhea
molluscum contagiosum (a viral skin infection with pearly nodules)
vulvovaginitis (an inflammation of the vulva and vagina)
contact dermatitis
Infected bartholin cyst

Take following advice:
Consult the doctor and do the following test:
1. Gram stain and cell culture
2. PCR and nucleic acid amplification test:swab should be taken from urethra
3. Urine test
4. Blood :CBC, ESR

Following are the treatment:
1. Wash your vagina with this water twice a day for two to three days with warm water
2. Salt Bath- Wash your vagina with concentrated salt water whenever you feel the itch. This will give you great relief instantly and prevent further multiplication of bacteria.
3. Keeping The Vagina Dry (Not wet, clean well)
4. Wear pure cotton Loose inner wear
5. Hydrocortisone plus clotrimazole ointment

You should use following single dose treatment for faster relief -
1. AZEE 1000 mg
2. TINI 1 G
3. ZOCON 150 mg

Tablet cetrizine 5 mg once a day
Tablet PAN-D three time s a day.
Tablet Panmaz D three times a day 30 min before day

Hope this may help you.
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
