Suggest Treatment For Bumps On Head After Injury

I hit my head this morning on the corner of the car door. I hit my head extremely hard and two large knots immediately came over top of my left eye. The first lump is right under my hairline and the second is right above my left eye. I immediately took Motrin and started icing and during the day, the swelling has started to go away. It is now 4:13pm and I have a huge migraine. Am I ok? Do I need to go see a doctor? The knots have reduced in size to almost nothing but my head feels like its about to burst...Please help me...

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. The bumps you see is most likely haematoma. It will usually subside in a week. You can apply ice pack on it. But if there is severe head ache then a brain injury or hematoma inside should be ruled out by doing a CT scan. Hope this may help you.
Let me know if any thing not clear.
Thanks.
