General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
A bump in the middle finger can be due to cyst or wart or epidermoid cyst.
The best way is to get this checked by a Surgeon and to get a clinical diagnosis.
If it is a wart or so, medicines or cauterization can cure it . It it is a cyst of any nature , it will have to be excised.
