Suggest Treatment For Bump On Elbow

hi i am 17 years old. i just discovered a bump on my elbow. upon accidentally bursting it, i saw water coming out of it. 2 days later i found another one on my chin which also released water as soon it burst. it then dries and forms a bump with a scab on it. it wasn't like a pimple though. it secreted some clear liquid. please advice.
