Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi, welcome to HCM,
Small bump near anus may be anogenital warts or condylomata lata. The other differential may be Haemorrhoids. It needs proper clinical examination.
Alternatively you may send clinical picture to us and get specialist opinion.
Hope this will help you.
Thanks
