Suggest Treatment For Bump Near The Anal Opening

I am having a small bump on my anus opening. Its been 3 months. I am not sure if it is fissure or hammaroid. It used to bleed and pain while constrain stool. Now i am having ayurvedic treatment. Blooding is gone but whenever stool is a bit hard ,it pains a lot. Age 25 Male Please help me.

hi...you must have constipation for long time..as there is ableeding while passing stool it may be fissure or hemorrhois for sure..
so my advice to have correct constipation by high fiber diet..
and ano rectal examination by proctoscope..
consult general surgeon..
