Suggest Treatment For Bump Formed Inside Nose After An Injury

I fainted and fell on my face four weeks ago. I woke up with a nose bleed as well as a gash on the outside of my nose. A day later my face and nose were swollen. The swelling and tenderness is now gone but there is still a mass of tissue or something internally around my nose where the gash was that doesn t seem to be going away and I don t believe its swelling as all my swelling on my face has already gone down. What should I do about this bump seemingly inside my nose?

Hi,
from history it seems that there might be having some soreness ulcer in the nostril giving this problem.
There might be possibility of having fracture of small nasal bone producing bump.
Apply antibiotic cream inside the nose.
If require go for x-ray nose to rule out fracture.
Ok and take care.
