Suggest Treatment For Bulky Uterus Post Menopause

Hi, I m post menpause around late 50 s. I had UTI so went to see doctor she prescribed me ultrasound of the uterus And other organs . All areas are clear except for uterus, it is bit bulky. She sent me for Pap smear test, endometrium biopsy aswell, there was some fluid seen in my uterus on ultrasound that has gone to lab aswell. Any Differntial diagnosis as to what is causing the uterus to be bulky ? I have never been pregnant and I ve a history of fibroids aswell that I got operated upon when I was in my 30 s never had any problems of this nature before . Thanks.

Welcome at HCM
I appreciate your health concerns...
Do you have bleeding through vagina?
Bulky uterus in postmenopausal always need to be investigated. Probable causes are endometrial hyperplasia, any endometrial tumor , cervical tumor etc. You should wait till the reports available.
Follow your doctor advice.
